Changes Ahead for the Combat System Overhaul on March 3, 2025

During Season 11, we will gradually roll out several server-side changes in preparation for the upcoming combat system rework.

Brief interruptions to access the PVP mode may be required, and any downtime will be communicated in advance.

A non-exhaustive list of ongoing changes:

  • The 12-item weight limit per deck will be removed.
  • The weight of items will still affect their probability of being drawn and can now be expressed in success percentages (example: an item with a weight of 1 will have a 90% chance of being drawn, while an item with a weight of 6 will have a 40% chance). This will allow you to organize your deck based on your risk tolerance without pulling your hair out!
  • The concept of “rolls” (the number of possible appearances of an item) will be removed.
  • You will now be able to equip up to 9 different items, greatly expanding your theorycrafting possibilities.
  • A new class of items with unique mechanics will be introduced: Runes! ○ Runes do not provide basic stats but will enhance the effect of certain associated items. More details will be shared in the Devlog later this week!
  • To account for the potential increase in damage in the new format, the health points of all heroes will be adjusted.
  • Base hero stats will now be displayed in their selection interface.

These changes will take effect at the start of Season 12!
